Hey, Jeff Dunham…
…don’t look now but your biggest competition is this little girl and her killer pipes.
(He might want to teach Peanut to sing, after this.)
On America’s Got Talent, you know you’ve got to be REALLY something special if you show up with a ventriloquist act, and hope to advance.
This twelve-year-old wasn’t just ‘something special’. She was awarded the ‘Golden Buzzer’ for an exceptional talent.
We’ve got that performance here, too. But as great as her FIRST One was…
Her Follow-up performance was even better.
Why? She sang ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’. And she did it in style.
Not only did she get some great banter going so you got to know the personas of her dummies, (‘Oscar and Petunia’)…
Not only did she sing the song with so much raw talent that she would have wowed the audience even if she sang it NORMALLY, with an open mouth, in her OWN voice…
But she sang both parts — IN THEIR PERSONAS’ VOICES — without opening her mouth.
Can someone check that kid’s ID? Are we SURE she’s only 12, and not a ringer?
But don’t take our word for it… see for yourself.
Watch Darci Lynne Farmer with her puppets, Oscar and Petunia:
How did she get to be able to do something like that?
She was raised right, to have moxie and confidence.
And she worked her butt off.
It paid off, too!
Know a girl with a bright future, and you want to give her a little extra boost for this dog-eat-dog world?
ClashDaily.com’s, Editor-In-Chief, Doug Giles how-to book:
In ‘Raising Righteous and Rowdy Girls’, Doug Giles reinforces the notion that little women don’t need to be pampered by their fathers to turn out right. And having met his beautiful daughters, I know his philosophy works. As a strong-willed woman who thinks her daddy is the greatest guy in the world, I can tell you this is a must-read for every man who hopes to earn the same title. —-S.E.
