This Parkland HS Kid Now Wants All Semi-Automatic Firearms Confiscated

The ‘March For Our Lives’ movement isn’t about taking away your guns, though.

Emma González was one of the first faces that we saw after the Parkland shooting.

In her emotional speech addressing the crowd, she admits that they had repeatedly reported the Parkland shooter to authorities since middle school. Shockingly, instead of condemning the lack of action of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, or the FBI, or even her school authorities, she was one of the first to condemn the NRA and President Trump.

González is way better at whipping up a crowd than the stilted David Hogg that seems to love to hog the spotlight.

Watch how natural she is with her passionate speech here:

At that point, she was a traumatized teen reacting to a horrific act.

We’ve had some time go by. She’s had time to educate herself on the issue. She could weigh the pros and cons. She could try to understand the perspective of some of her critics, like fellow Marjory Stoneman Douglas student, Kyle Kashuv.

But no.

In a flurry of tweets, González displays her real motives — she believes in confiscating all assault and semi-automatic firearms.

Does she not know that that means a whole lotta guns?

On Sunday, González tweeted about the Waffle House shooter and immediately condemned the NRA, as well as Smith & Wesson Corp.

No one is balking at the background checks. And we all agree that we don’t want mentally unstable people to be able to carry out attacks like the ones that happened in Parkland, FL and Sutherland Springs, TX.

Those were both instances where the background checks failed to turn up relevant information that would have prevented both of those shooters from legally purchasing a firearm.

We are balking at you advocating for the forcible removal of all semi-automatic weapons.

It’s quite obvious she has no idea what ‘semi-automatic’ means.

But wait! There’s more…

If you can believe it, she said something even more stupid.

Really, hon?

Are you sure?

According to the Google machine, the United States didn’t even make it to the top 6:

1. 2017 Egyptian Mosque Attack, 305+ deaths
2. 2015 Kenya College Attack, 148 deaths
3. 2014 Pakistan School Massacre, 141 deaths
4. 2015 Paris Attacks, 130 deaths
5. 2011 Norway Attacks, 67 deaths
6. 2013 Kenya Shopping Mall Attack, 67 deaths

Mass shootings aren’t just a U.S. thing.

Perhaps instead of planning her next activist campaign, she could take a minute and learn a little bit about firearms.

Here’s a brand new book on how to be a Warrior Chick by Regis Giles — daughter of our very own Doug Giles:

From the book:

Do I want this to be happening? Why is his hand on my waist? Is he really fondling my breasts? What do I do? Why is he in a bathrobe? Why is he taking off the bathrobe? God, I need to get out of here! I thought this was going to be professional.

No one, unless they’ve been in the same situation, can ever really understand the stress and self-doubt one goes through when sexual harassment occurs.

Regis Giles’ new book will teach you how to escape the world of #MeToo victim and become the #WarriorChick you were meant to be!

Think Miss Giles knows a thing or two about taking care of herself? You’d better believe it.

She and her sister Hannah were the very first two female Valente Bros black Belts. That’s a feather in your cap, for sure.

She’s got a website ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Guns‘ and she had it LONG before it was ‘trendy’ to talk about #MeToo.

She’s also a world-class huntress.

The men and women in law enforcement that serve and protect us are commendable, but the response time means that they don’t get there when the bullets are flying.

Are you willing to wait 20 minutes for the police to show up?

It’s an issue that needs to be discussed within our churches and addressed by our church leaders.

We need some righteous badassery in the church to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and our brothers and sisters in Christ from the preventable evil in this world.

We need to Obey Jesus.

Including what he said in Luke 22:36.

He [Jesus] said to them, “But now let the one who has a moneybag take it, and likewise a knapsack. And let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one.
