Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) stated Sunday on NBC’s “Satisfy journalism” that he would “happily get involved” in Fulton County District Lawyer Fani Willis’ examination into previous President Trump’s telephone call to him after the 2020 governmental election outcomes.
On the 2020 election results, Raffensperger stated, “There’s absolutely nothing to recalculate. If you take a look at the numbers, the numbers are the numbers. You can slice that, dice that any method you desire. At the end of the day, President Trump turned up 11,800 votes brief.”
Anchor Chuck Todd stated, “The Fulton County District Lawyer has actually been examining whether the president did break any laws because call to you. Have you– I understand you turned over files and different things. Have you been talked to by private investigators? You had not the last time we talked. Have you considering that?”
Raffensperger stated, No, I have not been. She has a dreadful great deal of other cases she acquired. We completely complied, sent out all the files we had. She talked with a few of our employee. If she wishes to interview me, there’s a procedure for that. I will happily take part. I wish to make certain I follow the law and follow the Constitution. When you get a grand jury summons, you react to it.”
